Behind the wine A fervent defender of the environment, Jérôme Chardon is one of the rare avant-garde winegrowers. In 1999, when he took over the family estate, then dedicated to market gardening and arboriculture, he started to cultivate his young vines with biodynamic techniques. Discreet and altruistic, he will make you discover his authentic cellar, composed only of natural materials. From the stones coming from the quarries of the Pont du Gard to the wood from the Vosges to the paint made with natural pigments, everything is thought out to welcome the wines in optimal conditions.
