The vines of Domaine Marc Kreydenweiss are worked according to the methods of biodynamic agriculture, with respect for the environment and biodiversity. Behind the wine Jean Kreydenweiss, Marc’s young son and Antoine’s younger brother who took over the famous Alsatian property, is now at the helm of the estate in Manduel in the heart of the Costières de Nîmes vineyards. So far from his native Alsace, he succeeds in satisfying his passion by listening to the terroir and the living beings that populate it. Each wine here advocates respect for the earth thanks to the biodynamic methods used by the winemaker, which he is particularly concerned about. With an impressive maturity in his choices and in his work, Jean gives a new impulse to the domain through an unfailing assurance. From the oldest grape varieties, Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, or Mourvèdre, he produces unique and innovative wines. At the Domaine, if you are lucky, he will make you taste, with his partner Anaïs, all his greatest successes and will explain to you the secrets with passion and enthusiasm. This delicious and delicate wine has a beautiful purple color that reveals a fruity and spicy nose. It is round in the mouth and reveals a nice mineral length, with discreet tannins and vigor leading to a fruity final note.

95% Syrah, 5% Mourvèdre.
Culture: Biodynamic agriculture. The plots are located on the edge of the Petit-Rhône and the Camargue, on a soil of rolled pebbles with a mixture of schist, flint, sandstone, quartz, and limestone. The grapes are harvested by hand. Short macerations with indigenous yeasts follow. The wine is vinified in concrete and stainless steel vats and then aged in tuns for 12 months.
