  • Identity: last name, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, e-mail address
  • Order data: transaction number, purchase details, purchase amount, invoice payment data (payments, outstanding payments, discounts), product returns.
  • Data related to payment methods: credit card number, expiry date of the credit card, visual cryptogram (which is immediately deleted).
  • Data necessary for the realization of the actions of development of customer loyalty and prospecting: history of purchases.

Data recipients

  • The customer and billing departments of SARL HORIZON are the recipients of all categories of data.
  • Its subcontractors, responsible for the delivery of its orders, are recipients of the identity, address, and telephone number of our customers.

Duration of data retention
