50% Merlot, 20% Syrah, 20% Grenache, 10% Cabernet sauvignon.
Cultivation: Organic farming. The domain is located at 200 meters of altitude and has a great complexity of soils (clay-limestone, pebbles, marl, and silt). The grapes are harvested manually and mechanically, destemmed, and vinified in concrete tanks. The wine is aged in vats for 14 months. For the Cabernet, Merlot, and Syrah varieties, the wine is aged in barrels for 12 months. Blending 50% vat 50% barrels.
